Capeus werkt evidence-based. Dat wil zeggen dat zowel onze modellen als onze aanpak gebaseerd zijn op het beste wat de arbeidspsychologie en managementwetenschap te bieden heeft. Enkel het meest betrouwbare is goed genoeg. Daarom geven we hier graag een beknopt bronnenoverzicht.
